Description

Conceptual Design, Basic and Detail Engineering of loading structure for coke and sulfur (dry and liquid bulk) on vessels up to 60,000 DWT.

The dock is equipped with a dual charger (OTSLS - Orbiting Twin Slewing Loader System) first of its kind installed in the world, with capacity of 2000 t/h, which can be used for loading dry bulk coke and sulfur. It is also equipped with a system of handling liquid sulfur (heated by a steam system), which uses a loading arm equipped with ERC (emergency release coupling).

The loading structure with platform, dolphins and OTSLS rails support structures is connected to the Terminal Pequiven access bridge, using it to support conveyor belts that feed the OTSLS, liquid sulfur pipelines and electric power supply cables.
